The idea behind the ADRO G8X M3/M4 Front Bumper V1 is restraint. We respect the factory design and refine its proportions, deepening the car's presence, lower and wider, without adding visual noise. The bumper is shaped to harmonize with BMW's heritage design language, taking its cues from the kidney grilles and headlight lines through to the proportions of the lower intake. Its surfacing flows cleanly into the surrounding panels, so the front end reads as one continuous piece rather than something added to the car.
Wider stance. Lower presence.
Front Bumper V1 reshapes the front end in two directions at once. It extends about 1.5 inches further forward than the factory bumper, dropping the nose and grille closer to the ground and giving the car a visibly lower profile from the side. The intake area stretches outward toward the corners at the same time, carrying the car's visual width past the factory opening for a wider, more grounded face. The finished stance sits lower and more planted than stock.
BUILT LIKE OEM
Built from TPO, the same material class as the factory bumper.
The G8X Front Bumper V1 is made from injection molded thermoplastic olefin (TPO), the material carmakers use for OEM bumper fascias, BMW included. TPO is polypropylene tuned for bumper duty. The polypropylene gives the part its structure, while blended-in rubber and mineral filler give it the impact toughness and flexibility a bumper actually needs. It flexes and rebounds on low-speed impacts instead of cracking, stays stable through heat cycles and daily driving, and holds its shape over years on the car. That behavior is the reason the factory chose this material class in the first place, so V1 carries itself like the panel it replaces rather than a brittle substitute.
Injection molding is what makes that consistent from unit to unit. The process holds tight tolerances, so fitment and surface quality stay uniform across every production run.
MOUNTS LIKE OEM
Fits on factory attachment points
Front Bumper V1 uses OEM mounting locations and installs on factory attachment points with no cutting or drilling required. To finish it to factory standard, professional paintwork is recommended. The bumper ships unpainted.
ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)
The radar area on Front Bumper V1 comes filled in as a solid section. If your car isn't equipped with ACC, leave it as is for a clean, closed look. If your car has ACC, this section needs to be cut out so the factory radar unit sits correctly. Your painter or installer can handle the cut during fitment. No insert is required either way.
Reuses the factory energy absorber
Our v1 bumper is designed to work with your car's existing energy absorber. Remove the foam absorber from your factory bumper and transfer it to V1 during install. A replacement is not included, so keep the original when you remove your OEM bumper.
